The 12th ward was once vibrant, beautiful and immaculate thriving neighborhoods and I know the once brim neighborhoods can be revitalized and brought back to life.

Tashara T. Earl, is a 34-year-old St. Louis native, lifelong resident of the Baden neighborhood in North St. Louis City and an experienced community leader. She has a love and personal relationship with the city and neighborhoods, she grew up playing and enjoying daily as a child. As an entrepreneur and small business owner she is an ambitious, innovative, and creative change agent who takes calculated risk to trailblaze through the challenges of the world. It is her goal to make these streets safe again, for the youth and seniors of the ward.
One way she does this is by serving as the President of the Revitalization of Baden Association (ROBA) and the Board Manager of the Gateway Neighborhood Fund. As the president of ROBA she advocates for safer neighborhoods for the youth and seniors that are lifelong residents the neighborhood, listens to community concerns, actively engages with the community, is working to solve problems in a creative way and is solution oriented. Serving in leadership positions has been a heartfelt mission to uplift and empower the community that helped to shape her ambition and outlook on life today. She is passionate about being the collaborator that will bring the community together.
As a candidate for alderwoman of the 12th ward, she believes strongly in the values of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. Our city is at its best when all voices are heard, and all members of our community are treated with dignity and respect. If elected, Tashara will work tirelessly to ensure that every resident of the 12th ward has a seat at the table and a voice in the decisions that affect our lives. She will work to create a welcoming and inclusive community where everyone can thrive, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or other characteristic. She will fight to eliminate barriers to access to education, healthcare, homelessness and other essential services, while working to ensure that our laws and policies are fair and equitable for all. Together, we can build a stronger and more united community that celebrates our differences and embraces our shared values as change champions.
Running to be your Alderwoman for the New 12th Ward she believes in Revitalizing. Vibrant, Stronger, and Safer communities are at the top of the priority list.
